To improve the degree of freedom in layout and reduce sound propagation to a crew compartment.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle electric component cooling structure includes: a ventilation part 1 having a vent hole 11 which penetrates a wall 10 forming a crew compartment S1 of a vehicle; an air blower 2 which is provided in a rear region of the vehicle, and generates an airflow for cooling a prescribed electric component P in the rear region; and a duct 3 which forms a flow channel extending from the ventilation part 1 to the air blower 2. In this on-vehicle electric component cooling structure, the duct 3 has: a reference pipe part 33 which is cylindrically formed; and a plurality of evagination pipe parts 34 (34A, 34B) which expand to an outer side with respect to an external surface of the reference pipe part 33, and are cylindrically formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
