To be unnecessary for delivering a guide plate by manual work, increase the efficiency of carriage work, and effectively narrow a gap by draining.SOLUTION: A load-receiving platform lifting device that is installed on a vehicle having a step part lower than a floor surface on the end of the floor plate of a load-carrying platform includes a load-receiving platform which is mounted on the rear face of a load-receiving plate and has a grounded stiffener, and a guide plate which is provided on an opposite part to the load-carrying platform of the load-receiving platform and has a non-movable structure, wherein the guide plate includes a fixed part that is attachable/detachable to/from the rear face of the load-receiving platform, a rising part rising along the end face of the load-receiving plate, and a main part positioned between the load-carrying platform and the load-receiving plate, the main part is constituted to overlap the upper side of a step part of the cargo-carrying platform and be positioned between the floor surface of the load-carrying platform and the load-receiving platform, in the state where the load-receiving platform draws a circular track and is lifted up to the height of the floor surface of the load-carrying platform, and the guide plate is constituted to draw a circular track integrally with the load-receiving platform accompanied by rotation of a lift arm, move up, exceed the end face of the cargo-carrying platform, and approach the floor surface of the cargo-carrying platform.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
