To provide a technology that can determine, with high reliability, whether or not remote operation can be started for a vehicle subject to remote operation.SOLUTION: A controller of a remotely operated vehicle obtains a target tire angle from a remote operation device and also obtains an actual tire angle of the remotely operated vehicle. The controller switches operation of the remotely operated vehicle to remote operation by the remote operation device when the target tire angle and the actual tire angle match with each other. This allows a decision to start remote operation with high reliability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】遠隔運転の対象となる車両において、遠隔運転開始可能か否かの判断を、高い信頼性に基づいて実施することのできる技術を提供すること。【解決手段】遠隔運転車両の制御装置は、遠隔運転装置から目標タイヤ角を取得するとともに、遠隔運転車両の実タイヤ角を取得する。制御装置は、目標タイヤ角と実タイヤ角が一致したことを受けて、遠隔運転車両の運転を遠隔運転装置による遠隔運転に切り替える。これにより、高い信頼性に基づいて遠隔運転開始の判断を行うことができる。【選択図】図1
