In a case where there is a plurality of solar panels, they are coupled with a connector 8. The connector 8 is joined both mechanically and electrically, and transmits current. Power from the solar panel 1 is sent to a power center 9 ashore with a cable 91, and sent from here to a city with a cable 93. Power is also sent to a factory 17 provided on or around a beach with a cable 92. In the factory 17, drifted pumice is crushed, SiO2 is generated from its composition, and a solar element is created to manufacture the solar panel 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10

    【課題】軽石を利用して洋上発電、水素作成、半導体素材の作成などを提供する。【解決手段】湾15の海上にソーラーパネル1を浮かべ、複数の場合は結合子8で結合する。又、この結合子8は機械的にも電気的にも接合されており電流を伝える。ソーラーパネル1からの電力は、ケーブル91により陸地の電力センタ9に送られ、ここから市内へケーブル93で送られる。又、ケーブル92により浜またはその付近に設けた工場17へ送られ、工場17では打ち寄せられた軽石を砕き、その組成からSiO2を造りソーラー素子を造り、ソーラーパネル1を製造する。【選択図】図10
