The vulcanized rubber is a vulcanized rubber of a rubber composition that comprises a rubber component, carbon black, and silica, with a content of a cobalt-containing compound being 0.01 pts.mass or less being relative to 100 pts.mass of the rubber component. In the rubber composition, the content of the cobalt-containing compound is 0.01 pts.mass or less being relative to 100 pts.mass of the rubber component.
