To achieve improvements in external appearance and tactile sensation.SOLUTION: An arm rest 10 comprises an arm rest outer 11, a cover material 15 covering the arm rest outer 11, and a heater element 21 located between the arm rest outer 11 and the cover material 15. The arm rest is located on a lateral side of an occupant, and an elbow portion of the occupant is placed thereon. The heater element 21 comprises a heater wire 22 which generates heat by electric conduction, a control component 28 controlling electric conduction, and a heater base material 31 on which the heater wire 22 and the control component 28 are arranged. The heater wire 22 comprises a heat generation portion, and a connection portion 26 which connects the heat generation portion and the control component 28 to each other. The heater base material 31 comprises: a heater wire wiring portion for heat generation which is located above the arm rest outer 11 and to which the heat generation portion is wired; a control component arrangement portion 33 which is located below the arm rest outer 11, and in which the control component 28 is arranged; and heater wire wiring portion 34 for connection which connects the heater wire wiring portion for heat generation and the control component arrangement portion 33 to each other, and to which the connection portion 26 is wired.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
