To improve amenity of a vehicle by decreasing opportunities to decelerate the vehicle immediately after acceleration or accelerate the vehicle immediately after deceleration and avoiding providing a user with a feeling of discomfort caused by them.SOLUTION: When a travel-planned route has a prescribed section in which a climbing route and a down-grade route continue (step S3), a control apparatus sets an allowable range of a vehicle speed as a second range R2 (step S5), and subsequently executes constant-speed travel control (steps S6-S8) so that the vehicle speed can fall within a prescribed allowable range including a target speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
