To provide a railway vehicle vibration control device and the like suppressing reduction in vibration control performance when passing through a vertical curve.SOLUTION: A railway vehicle vibration control device includes an acceleration sensor 110 detecting vertical acceleration of a vehicle body of a railway vehicle 1, a filter processing unit 120 performing filter processing to an output signal of the acceleration sensor, and a command value generation unit generating a control command value of at least one of a variable damping damper 40 and an actuator 50 provided on the railway vehicle to generate vibration control force in the vertical direction based on the output signal of the acceleration sensor after the filter processing. The railway vehicle vibration control device includes vertical curve detection units 130 and 150 detecting a vertical curve passing state of the railway vehicle. The filter processing unit changes a parameter of the filter processing with respect to a normal state in accordance with the detection of the vertical curve passing state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
