To centralize human resources and material resources for researches, developments, designs, and manufactures in a displacement-type on-water sailing body by placing no propulsion equipment at the stern so as to eliminate mutual interference among the wake of a submerged hull body in a stern, propulsion equipment, and a rudder and by enabling an overall evaluation with combinations of individual evaluations for respective performance of a hull shape and the propulsion equipment.SOLUTION: In an on-water sailing body 1, propulsion equipment 10 is arranged to obtain sailing thrust in a first front-back range Rx1 between a front end 2a of a submerged hull part 2 and a 75% rear position P1 of a total length Lb in the submerged hull part 2. A part or all of the turning moment for turning the on-water sailing body 1 is generated by this propulsion equipment 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】排水量型の水上航走体において、推進用機器を船尾に配置しないことで、船尾における船体没水部の伴流と推進用機器と舵の相互干渉を排除して、船体形状及び推進用機器のそれぞれの性能を個別に評価の組み合わせで全体の評価を可能とすることにより、研究、開発、設計、製造における人的資源や物的資源の集中化を図る。【解決手段】水上航走体1において、船体没水部2の前端2aと船体没水部2の全長Lbの75%後方の位置P1との間の第1前後範囲Rx1に航走用の推力を得る推進用機器10を配置して、この推進用機器10により水上航走体1の旋回のための旋回モーメントの一部又は全部を発生するように構成する。【選択図】図1
