To make it possible to secure the stability of a vehicle by adjusting a vehicle height with a height that stables the vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle 1 includes a regeneration brake and a mechanical friction brake 8 by a rotating electric machine 2 as brake means for adding brake to rotations of left and right front wheels 7 and rear wheels 3, an SOC information acquisition part 50 for acquiring a charging amount (SOC) of a battery 4 of the vehicle 1, and an ECU 13. The ECU 13 includes a VSA modulator 100 and an ACC-ECU 200 for generating the regeneration brake and the friction brake 8 without depending on brake operation of a driver. The ECU 13 inhibits the actuation of the VSA modulator 100 or the ACC-ECU 200 in accordance with the temperature of the friction brake 8 and the charging amount (SOC) of the battery 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
