To provide a technique for improving reliability of an airbag device.SOLUTION: An airbag device includes: a gas generator which has a first gas generating agent for generating combustion gas by ignition and an ignition section for igniting the first gas generating agent; and an airbag which receives supply of the combustion gas from the gas generator and is deployed. The airbag has an inflow section which is connected to the gas generator and makes the combustion gas supplied from the gas generator flow into an internal space of the airbag, a bag-like section which is bag-like member demarcating the internal space into which the combustion gas flows from the inflow section as an external section, is made a folded state at the time before receiving the supply of the combustion gas and becomes a deployed state by receiving the supply of the combustion gas, and a second gas generating agent which is arranged at a prescribed position on an inside surface of the bag-like section and generates gas without accompanying combustion reaction utilizing heat energy of the combustion gas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
