To enable accurate prediction of dangers a vehicle could encounter while traveling.SOLUTION: A driving assistance control device 20 provided herein is configured to predict a dangerous situation a vehicle may encounter while traveling and notify a vehicle occupant of the dangerous situation, and comprises: a first information acquisition unit 32 configured to acquire first information including elements indicative of an external situation of the vehicle; a second information acquisition unit 33 configured to acquire second information including elements indicative of an internal situation of another vehicle and information on acquisition date/time and acquisition location of each element from the another vehicle; and a dangerous situation prediction unit 34 configured to combine the first information and the second information corresponding to a current date and time and travel route ahead in a travel direction of the vehicle to predict a dangerous situation for the vehicle. The dangerous situation prediction unit 34 predicts a vehicle situation that may be encountered in the travel route ahead in the travel direction of the vehicle in the future on the basis of a relation between elements of the first information and the second information, thereby, predicting an encounter with a dangerous situation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
