To provide a cooling system for vessel and a vessel which allows for easily improving fuel consumption in the vessel having a plurality of power sources including an engine and a motor.SOLUTION: A cooling system for vessel 6 is used for a vessel having a plurality of power sources including an engine 31 and a motor 32 as power sources used for propulsion of a hull, and includes a flow channel 62 where coolants R1, R2 for cooling a cooling target flow, and a delivery device 61 for causing the coolants R1, R2 to flow through the flow channel 62. The delivery device 61 includes a first pump 611 driven by power other than power generated by the engine 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
