To provide a power management system capable of properly suppressing voltage fluctuation in a power system and voltage fluctuation in a microgrid according to the situation.SOLUTION: A power management system 100 further includes: a CEMS server 2 that manages a charging facility 17 in a microgrid MG; and a transmission and distribution operator server 5 that manages the power supply and demand balance in a power system 4. The charging facility 17 is configured so as to execute a charge/discharge operation to suppress voltage fluctuation in the microgrid MG by exchanging the power between the microgrid MG and a vehicle 18 and a reactive power compensation operation to suppress voltage fluctuation in the power system 4 by controlling the reactive power in the microgrid MG. The charging facility 17 executes a charge/discharge operation in response to a request from the CEMS server 2 when the vehicle 18 is electrically connected to the charging facility 17, and when the vehicle 18 is not electrically connected to the charging facility 17, executes a reactive power compensation operation in response to a request from the transmission and distribution operator server 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
