To provide an air outlet structure of an air conditioner which enables reduction of pressure loss caused when air is blown compared to conventional air outlet structures and can achieve good wind directivity.SOLUTION: An air outlet structure S of the invention includes: a case 1 connected to a duct serving as a draft air duct from an air conditioner; a main ventilation flue 5 formed within the case 1; vertical fins 21 which rotate in a vehicle lateral direction of the main ventilation flue 5 to change a wind direction; and bypass passages 10 which extend along the main ventilation flue 5 at both side parts as seen in the vehicle lateral direction of the main ventilation flue 5. An outlet 12 of each bypass passage 10 which joins to the main ventilation flue 5 is formed so as to overlap with the vertical fin 21 when viewed in the vehicle lateral direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
