To appropriately perform on-vehicle battery cooling and cabin interior air-conditioning and effectively heat inside of a cabin by using battery exhaust heat even when a battery is not cooled.SOLUTION: A vehicular heat management system includes: a first refrigerant circuit 1 used for cabin interior air conditioning and having a first refrigerant/inside air heat exchanger 12 for exchanging heat between a first refrigerant and indoor air; a cooling water circuit 2 for cooling an electrical component 23 by using cooling water; a second refrigerant circuit 3 used for battery temperature control and having a battery heat exchanger 38 for exchanging heat between a second refrigerant and a battery; a first refrigerant/cooling water heat exchanger 4; and a second refrigerant/cooling water heat exchanger 5. In a battery-cooling cooling water heat storage mode activated during charging of the battery, the second refrigerant absorbs heat from the battery in the battery heat exchanger and releases heat to the cooling water in the second refrigerant/cooling water heat exchanger and in the cooling water circuit 2, a temperature of the cooling water is maintained within a predetermined range. In a cabin interior heating mode, in the first refrigerant circuit, the first refrigerant absorbs heat from the cooling water in the first refrigerant/cooling water heat exchanger 4 and releases heat to indoor air in the first refrigerant/inside air heat exchanger 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
