To facilitate an improvement effect of collision resistance performance per member unit mass by a high-strength material in a structure having a reinforcement member added to a hat-shaped member.SOLUTION: A vehicle skeleton member 10 has a hat-shaped member 1, a closing plate 2, a reinforcement member 6, and a plurality of welding parts 31. The hat-shaped member 1 has a first top plate 1a, two first vertical walls 1b and two flanges 1c. The reinforcement member 6 has a second top plate 6a and two second vertical walls 6b. A plurality of spot welding parts 31 join the first vertical wall 1b with the second vertical wall 6b. At least one of the hat-shaped member 1 and the reinforcement member 6 has a tensile strength exceeding 1.1 GPa. The whole of a HAZ softening part 31b of the spot welding part 31 on the vertical wall of the member having a tensile strength exceeding 1.1 GPa is positioned between a height position Lc of the center of the first vertical wall 1b and a ridge line 1ab between the first vertical wall 1b and the first top plate 1a, and is at a position that does reach an R-stop of the ridge line 1ab between the vertical wall and the top plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】ハット型部材に補強部材を付加した構造において高強度材料による部材単位質量あたりの耐衝突性能の向上効果をより得られやすくする。【解決手段】車両骨格部材10は、ハット型部材1と、クロージングプレート2と、補強部材6と、複数の溶接部31とを備える。ハット型部材1は、第1天板1a、2つの第1縦壁1b及び2つのフランジ1cを備える。補強部材6は、第2天板6aと2つの第2縦壁6bを備える。複数のスポット溶接部31は第1縦壁1bと第2縦壁6bとを接合する。ハット型部材1及び補強部材6の少なくとも一方は、引張強さが1.1GPa超えである。引張強さが1.1GPaを超える部材の縦壁におけるスポット溶接部31のHAZ軟化部31bの全体は、第1縦壁1bの中央の高さの位置Lcと第1縦壁1bと第1天板1aの間の稜線1abとの間に位置し、且つ、縦壁と天板との間の稜線1abのR止まりに達しない位置にある。【選択図】図1
