To grasp an overall image of a recovery target from the beginning of disaster.SOLUTION: An operating state display system (100) includes: a target facility state acquisition unit (10) that acquires an operating state automatically collected from a monitored facility which is an elevator facility that can be remotely monitored; a non-target facility state acquisition unit (11) that acquires an operating state manually input which is an operating state of a non-monitored facility which is an elevator facility that cannot be remotely monitored; a non-target facility state estimation unit (52) that estimates an operating state of the non-monitored facility; and a display control unit (12) that displays on a display unit a display screen (700) in which an operating state of the elevator facility is superimposed on a map of an area including a location of the elevator facility. The operating state includes at least normal operation and stopping. The display control unit displays, in a distinguishable display mode, a case where the operating state indicates normal operation, a case where the automatically collected operating state indicates stopping, a case where the manually input operating state indicates stopping, and a case where the estimated operating state indicates stopping.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 22
