To predict future traffic conditions on multiple segments of a road with a simple process.SOLUTION: A traffic condition forecasting device according to an embodiment includes: a learning processing unit that generates, for each group obtained by grouping a plurality of segments of a road where a vehicle is driven based on similarity of traffic condition data, a prediction model by performing machine learning based on teacher data using past traffic condition data prior to a predetermined point in the past as input data and past traffic condition data after the predetermined point in the past as output data; an acquisition unit that acquires, for each segment, current traffic condition data collected by a road information collection terminal; and a prediction processing unit which acquires, for each segment, future traffic condition data as output data based on the prediction model associated with the group to which the segment belongs, using the current traffic condition data as input data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
