To provide a dead angle auxiliary device that can be thinned while improvement in brightness and removal of luminance unevenness are realized.SOLUTION: A dead angle auxiliary device includes a first optical element 11 and a second optical element 20. The first optical element is used so that a first portion of light made incident at a first angle from an outer view is reflected at a plurality of second angles different from each other. The second optical element is disposed at a position opposite to the first optical element and is used so that a plurality of light beams reflected by the first optical element and made incident at the plurality of second angles are reflected at a third angle toward a user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
