To enable an automatically operable vehicle to perform an automatic operation to a destination even when the vehicle is hacked.SOLUTION: A vehicle operation system comprises: a vehicle including a travel control device and a navigation device; and an operation sever for receiving positional information of the vehicle and setting a travel route of the vehicle. The vehicle receives initial setting information of the travel route from the operation server so as to store the information in a storage section of the travel control device before starting operation (S201, S202). The operation server transmits a command to block a communication line with an outside to the vehicle when it is detected that the vehicle is hacked. When a communication block command is received from the operation server (S207), the vehicle blocks the communication line with an outside (S208). Then, the vehicle autonomously travels to a destination based on the initial setting information of the travel route stored in the storage section of the travel control device (S210), and turns off a power source of the vehicle when arrived at a destination (S211).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
