To provide a window glass vibration damping member which enhances an effect of suppressing noise in a vehicle such as an automobile.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: A window glass vibration damping member 40 is mounted on a lower side part of a window glass 20 of a vehicle such as a liftable automobile, where the window glass vibration damping member 40 has a roughly U-shaped channel 50 sandwiching the lower side part of the window glass 20 through a viscoelastic member 41, the viscoelastic member 41 has an exterior side face part 42 that is brought into contact with an exterior side face of the window glass 20, an interior side face part 43 that is brought into contact with an interior side face of the window glass 20, and a lower face part 44 that connects the exterior side face part 42 and the interior side face part 43 and is brought into contact with a bottom face 22 of the widow glass 20, and the lower face part 44 has at least one of thickness in a vehicle upper direction of 4 mm to 100 mm, and an upward projection part formed on the bottom face side of the window glass.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
