To provide a power supply management device and an abnormality determination method, capable of detecting abnormality on processing performed for non-contact power supply between a vehicle and a power supply device using a simple technique.SOLUTION: A non-contact power supply system includes a power supply management device (server) 91 comprising: a communication unit 911 that when non-contact power supply between a vehicle and a ground power supply device is terminated, receives power supply information on the non-contact power supply from at least one of the vehicle and the ground power supply device; and a controller (processor) 913 that when the communication unit has not received the power supply information in a predetermined period even though non-contact power supply is scheduled, determines occurrence of abnormality on uploading of the power supply information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
