To smoothly switch an object to be supplied with power by a ground power supply device when there are a plurality of vehicles in the vicinity of the ground power supply device.SOLUTION: A ground power supply device 2 includes: a communication device 82 that directly communicates with a vehicle 3 by a short-range wireless communication in which communication distance is less than 10 m; and a control device 22 that controls power transmission by the ground power supply device. In a case where the communication device receives vehicle identification information from a second vehicle during power supply from the ground power supply device to a first vehicle, the control device stops the power supply to the first vehicle when the communication device receives the vehicle identification information from the second vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
