To provide an optimum route determination device and an optimum route determination program which can determine an optimum route of movement when continuously processing a plurality of services executed at different points in consideration of a type of a vehicle and a content of a cargo.SOLUTION: An optimum route determination device acquires service specification information including information on an execution point and cargo information determining a content of an object cargo for each of a plurality of services, acquires vehicle relevant information including vehicle type information on at least one or more vehicles executing the plurality of services and loaded cargo information, acquires cost information determined according to the vehicle relevant information and/or cost information determined according to the cargo information, calculates a total cost value required for movement for a plurality of routes on the basis of the acquired service specification information and cost information, and determines an optimum route by using the total cost value for evaluation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】それぞれが異なる地点で実行される複数のサービスを連続的に処理する際の移動の最適経路を車両の車種や荷物の内容を考慮して決定することが可能な最適経路決定装置及び最適経路決定プログラムを提供すること。【解決手段】複数のサービスそれぞれについて、実行地点の情報と、対象の荷物の内容を定めた荷物情報とを含むサービス特定情報を取得し、複数のサービスを実行する少なくとも1以上の車両の車種情報と、積載中荷物情報とを含む車両関連情報を取得し、車両関連情報に応じて決定されるコスト情報及び/又は荷物情報に応じて決定されるコスト情報を取得し、取得したサービス特定情報と前記コスト情報とに基づいて、複数の経路について移動に要する合計コスト値を算出し、合計コスト値を評価に用いて最適経路を決定するようにした。【選択図】図2
