Then, the observation satellite 100 moves the sight line vector to the west side. Then, the optical observation device 101 repeats imaging while the observation satellite 100 repeats the movement of the sight line vector in a reverse direction between the north and south. Then, the observation satellite 100 moves the sight line vector of the observation satellite 100 to the west side. These operations are repeated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
