To provide a device for suppressing oscillation of a floating type offshore wind power generator.SOLUTION: An oscillation suppressing device for a floating type offshore wind power generator includes: a plurality of oscillation energy conversion cells having a cell body with fluid enclosed to be capable of moving in an inside space and a rotor installed to rotate only in one direction by having the fluid move in the inside space of the cell body by having the cell body inclined; a cylindrical wave energy container having a cell installation space for storing the plurality of oscillation energy conversion cells so that a donut shape is formed as a whole by having a front end of the first oscillation energy conversion cell and a rear end of the first oscillation energy conversion cell connected; a shock absorption member installed on an inside surface of the wave energy container; and a weight adjustment mechanism for adjusting the total weight.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
