To provide a boarding place setting method and a boarding place setting device for reducing the risk of infection with infection disease for a person of a high severity risk by preventing co-existence of the person of a high severity risk with a person of a high infection risk.SOLUTION: A boarding place setting method includes: accepting a boarding request from a user so as to extract a plurality of boarding candidate places; calculating standby time zones when the user waits for boarding a service vehicle at the boarding candidate places; extracting other users who use the boarding candidate places in the standby time zones; determining whether there is a high risk of infection with the infection disease on the extracted other users when the user has a high severity risk in a case where he/she gets infected with the infection disease; and allowing a boarding candidate place with the less number of other users having a high risk of infection with the infection disease to be preferentially set as a boarding place of the user among the boarding candidate places.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2B

    【課題】重症化リスクの高い人と感染リスクの高い人が混在することを防止して、重症化リスクの高い人が感染症に感染するリスクを低減することのできる乗車地設定方法及びその装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の乗車地設定方法は、ユーザから乗車要求を受け付けて複数の乗車候補地を抽出し、複数の乗車候補地で、ユーザがサービス車両の乗車待ちをする待機時間帯を算出し、待機時間帯に複数の乗車候補地を利用する他のユーザを抽出し、ユーザが、感染症に感染した場合に重症化リスクの高いユーザである場合には、抽出された他のユーザについて、感染症に感染の可能性が高いか否かを判定し、複数の乗車候補地の中から、感染症に感染の可能性が高い他のユーザが少ない乗車候補地を優先してユーザの乗車地に設定する。【選択図】図2B
