To assist operator's outrigger projection work in a lifting device.SOLUTION: An outrigger projection assistance device 10 comprises: an image acquisition unit 1 that acquires an image including the moving range of an outrigger 20 from a camera 30 of a lifting device provided with the outrigger 20; a projection amount acquisition unit 2 that acquires a projection amount of the outrigger 20; a recognition range setting unit 3 that sets the projection recognition range of the outrigger 20 based on the lifting device in the image from the projection amount; a risk calculation unit 4 that calculates the risk of the outrigger projection from the image and the projection amount; and a notification unit 5 that displays a warning when the risk calculated by the risk calculation unit 4 is equal to or higher than a threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
