To provide more appropriate parking management of moving bodies.SOLUTION: In a parking management system, a moving body includes: a power source; a moving body position acquisition unit that acquires positional information on the moving body; a moving body-side communication unit that communicates with the mobile terminal; and a moving body-side communication control unit that transmits information related to the moving body including identification information on the moving body, a state of the power source, and the positional information on the moving body to the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal includes: a terminal position acquisition unit that acquires positional information on the mobile terminal; a first communication unit that communicates with the moving body; a second communication unit that communicates with the server; and a terminal-side communication control unit that causes the second communication unit to transmit information including the information related to the moving body and the positional information on the mobile terminal received by the first communication unit to the server. The server includes: a server-side communication unit that communicates with the mobile terminal; and a management unit that manages parking of the moving body based on the information received from the mobile terminal by the server-side communication unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
