To provide an in-vehicle heart-rate measurement system configured to accurately measure a heart rate of a target person using an in-vehicle measurement apparatus that measures a distance from a vehicle to an object.SOLUTION: A radar unit 73a of a heart-rate measurement system S can measure a measurement target in a distance measurement mode for measuring a distance or in a heart-rate measurement mode for measuring a heart rate. A heart-rate measurement possible range in the heart-rate measurement mode is narrower than a distance measurement possible range in the distance measurement mode, and the range is on a side of a vehicle. An in-vehicle sensor ECU 22 of the heart-rate measurement system S includes: a measurement range determination unit 2204 which determines that a measurement object exists in the heart-rate measurement possible range, on the basis of, a measurement result of the radar unit 73a in the distance measurement mode; and a measurement mode switching unit 2205 which switches the measurement mode of the radar unit 73a from the distance measurement mode to the heart-rate measurement mode after the measurement object is determined to exist in the heart-rate measurement possible range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
