To restrain formation of wrinkles on a management surface without increasing press processing load during press-molding of a press molding having a management surface that requires molding accuracy, by providing a clearance for receiving an excess thickness that can cause wrinkles around a part forming the management surface.SOLUTION: Respective vertical wall molding parts 52, 63 of a die 50 and a flexure blade 62 respectively have management surface molding parts (52A, 63A) for molding a welding projection part that requires molding accuracy, and management surface outer molding parts 52B, 63B for molding management surface outer parts that does not requiring molding accuracy. A portion adjacent to the management surface molding part 52A of the management surface outer molding part 52B has an excess thickness receiving part 52C for receiving an excess thickness of a workpiece during press-molding. A clearance between the management surface molding parts is formed in a size of molding a plate material by sandwiching it in press-molding. A clearance C between the excess thickness receiving part 52C and the management surface outer molding part 63B is formed in a size exceeding a plate thickness T in the plate thickness direction of the plate material during press-molding of the plate material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
【課題】成形精度を要求される管理面を備えたプレス成形品のプレス成形時に、管理面を成形する部分の周辺にシワの原因となる余肉を受け入れる隙間を設けることにより、プレス加工荷重を増加させることなく管理面にシワが生じるのを抑制する。【解決手段】ダイ50及び曲げ刃62の各縦壁成形部52、63は、成形精度を要求される溶接用突出部を成形する管理面成形部(52A、63A)と、成形精度を要求されない管理面外部を成形する管理面外成形部52B、63Bと、をそれぞれ備え、管理面外成形部52Bの管理面成形部52Aに隣接する部位は、プレス成形時のワークの余肉を受け入れする余肉受入部52Cを備える。管理面成形部同士の隙間は、板材のプレス成形時に板材を挟んで成形する大きさとされ、余肉受入部52Cと管理面外成形部63Bとの隙間Cは、板材のプレス成形時に板材の板厚方向に板厚Tを超える大きさとされている。【選択図】図14
