To detect an abnormality in a non-contact power supply system without providing any sensor in power transmission coils.SOLUTION: An abnormality detecting device 300 detects an abnormality in a non-contact power supply system including a plurality of power transmission units 100 having respective power transmission coils 112, and a vehicle 200 having a power reception coil 212 that receives power from the plurality of power transmission units 100. The abnormality detecting device includes an information reception unit 310 that receives power transmission unit information transmitted from each of the power transmission units 100 and vehicle power reception information transmitted from the vehicle 200, and a diagnosis executing unit 350 that identifies a plurality of power transmission units 100 having transmitted power to the vehicle 200 from current position information and current position acquisition time information about the vehicle 200 included in each of the plurality of received vehicle power reception information sets, and diagnoses an abnormality in a power transmission state of each of the power transmission units 100 by comparing power transmission amount information included in the power transmission unit information about the identified power transmission units 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
