To lubricate a friction material properly and improve controllability of a frictional engagement device.SOLUTION: A first frictional material support part (41A) is provided with a first oil passage (81) allowing an oil reservoir part (56) and a frictional material arrangement area (P) to communicate with each other. A second oil passage (82) which allows the oil reservoir part (56) and a space other than the friction material arrangement area (P) to communicate with each other is provided in at least one of a first support member (41) and a first pressing member (45). A second opening (82a) which is open to the oil reservoir part (56) side in the second oil passage (82) is disposed spaced apart from a first opening (81a), which is open to the oil reservoir part (56) side in the first oil passage (81), to the inner side in a radial direction (R).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
