To provide an active suspension device and a suspension control device capable of preventing the risk of deterioration of riding comfort for a person riding in an automobile.SOLUTION: An ECU 4 is a control device for a damping force variable damper used for damping relative vibration between a vehicle body member 1 and a wheel 16, and comprises: a road surface height measuring unit 41 for measuring road surface heights at three or more positions on a road surface along a vehicle width direction ahead of a tire 15 provided on the wheel 16; a position detection unit 42 for detecting neighboring positions with a difference between road surface heights that is equal to or greater than a threshold value, among the road surface heights at the three or more positions measured by the road surface height measuring unit 41; and a correction unit 43 for correcting, to a predetermined height, the road surface height at the positions where the difference detected by the position detection unit 42 is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
