To provide an information communication system using visible light that provides information to users such as station users using visible light communication, a method used in the system, and a program that causes the system to perform procedures.SOLUTION: An information communication system using vxisible light includes: an apparatus control device such as a lighting visible light communication control device 8 connected to a passenger guidance device 1 at a station; and an apparatus such as an LED lighting 9 having a visible light element. When receiving information from the passenger guidance device 1 at the station, the apparatus control device outputs a dimming command corresponding to the information to the apparatus. The apparatus is configured to output light with a brightness corresponding to the dimming command.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】可視光通信を使用して駅利用者等のユーザに情報を提供する可視光を用いた情報通信システム、当該システムに用いる方法及び当該システムに手順を実行させるプログラムを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】可視光を用いた情報通信システムであって、駅の旅客案内装置1と接続された照明可視光通信制御装置8等の機器制御装置と、可視光素子を備えた、LED照明9等の機器を有し、前記機器制御装置は、駅の旅客案内装置1から情報を受信すると、当該情報に対応する調光命令を前記機器に出力し、前記機器は、調光命令に応じた明るさの光を出力する構成とした。【選択図】図1
