To provide a failure correspondence support person arrangement system and a failure correspondence support person arrangement method for an elevator capable of selecting a more proper support candidate.SOLUTION: A failure correspondence time calculation system has a failure daily report management unit, an elevator specification management unit, a standard cause investigation time management unit for each device, a standard countermeasure work time management unit for each device, and a skill management unit. Further, the failure correspondence time calculation system according to the present invention includes a cause device candidate extraction unit, a cause investigation time calculation unit, a countermeasure work time calculation unit, a component conveyance time calculation unit, and a support person arrangement unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
