To increase an absorption quantity of impact energy in a side sill reinforcement structure for a vehicle.SOLUTION: A side sill reinforcement structure for vehicles includes: a side sill 20 extending in a vehicle fore-and-aft direction in a lateral part of a vehicle; and a reinforcement member 40 that reinforces the side sill 20. The reinforcement member 40 has plural closed cross-sectional parts 40a juxtaposed in a vehicle width direction on a cross section vertical to the vehicle fore-and-aft direction. The closed cross-sectional parts 40a include a first closed cross-sectional part 41 disposed outermost in the vehicle width direction. The first closed cross-sectional part 41 includes a first upper wall 41a and first lower wall 41b opposed to each other and separated from each other in a vehicle vertical direction, and a first lateral wall 41c connecting outside edges in the vehicle width direction of the first upper wall 41a and first lower wall 41b respectively.
