To provide a cylindrical vibration control device with a novel structure capable of achieving durability and the like of a body rubber elastic body while increasing the degree of freedom for tuning of a spring ratio in each direction.SOLUTION: A cylindrical vibration control device 10 is configured such that an inner shaft member 12 and an outer cylindrical member 14 are connected by a body rubber elastic body 16. The inner shaft member 12 is provided with a pair of groove-shaped recess parts 28, 28 that open on an outer peripheral surface on both sides in a horizontal direction and extend in a vertical direction. The body rubber elastic body 16 integrally comprises a pair of upper and lower first elastic connection parts 30, 30 for connecting the vertically opposing surfaces of the inner shaft member 12 and the outer cylindrical member 14 on both sides in the vertical direction, and a pair of right and left second elastic connection parts 32, 32 for connecting the vertically opposing surfaces of the outer cylindrical member 14 through the pair of groove-shaped recess parts 28, 28 of the inner shaft member 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
