To provide an atmospheric pressure control device and a vehicle that are able to suppress occurrence of carsickness more suitably for different occupants in the vehicle.SOLUTION: An atmospheric pressure control device in one form of the present disclosure includes at least one processor and at least one memory communicably connected to the at least one processor. When at least one of information on age and information on gender of one or more occupants riding in a vehicle is inputted, the processor reads information about a predetermined appropriate atmospheric pressure in a vehicle cabin from the memory, based on the at least one information of the input age and gender. Based on the read information about the appropriate atmospheric information, the processor outputs an atmospheric pressure adjustment signal for adjusting an atmospheric pressure in the vehicle cabin. In a case where a signal indicating that the occupant in the vehicle cabin is getting carsick is input, the processor outputs an atmospheric pressure increase signal for increasing the atmospheric pressure in the vehicle cabin higher than the adjusted atmospheric pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
