To provide a charge amount adjustment device and a vehicle capable of adjusting the capacity according to the state of an assembled battery without causing an increase in cost.SOLUTION: A charge amount adjustment device adjusts the capacity between first and second battery cells that make up an assembled battery. The charge amount adjustment device includes a first discharge unit that connects a first discharge resistor in parallel to the first battery cell to discharge the first battery cell, a second discharge unit that connects a second discharge resistor in parallel to the second battery cell to discharge the second battery cell, and a third discharge unit that connects the first and second discharge resistors in series to the first battery cell to discharges the first battery cell.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
