To provide a flight vehicle that can make handling of baggage more efficient and prevent baggage from dropping even if the flight vehicle carrying the baggage falls in an unstable state.SOLUTION: A baggage fastening device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a fastening part and a delaying mechanism. The fastening part takes a holding state in which baggage is held and a releasing state in which holding of the baggage is released. The delaying mechanism delays transfer of the fastening part from the holding state to the releasing state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
