To provide a method capable of accurately and easily predicting clamping force of a bead portion from a design parameter, a tire manufacturing method using the method, and a tire.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for predicting clamping force BF of a bead portion 4 of a tire 1 having bead cores 5 in the bead portion 4. The method includes a step for using a mathematical formula to predict the clamping force BF of the bead portion 4 when the tire 1 is fitted to a rim R of a wheel. The predicting step uses the mathematical formula for calculating the clamping force BF based on distance BOW between a center 5c of the bead core 5 in a tire axial direction and a surface 4a of the bead portion 4 in the outside of the tire axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
