To make it possible to detect the necessity of droplet cleaning at low cost, avoid a risk of allowing a user to come in contact with droplets, and specify an insanitary portion inside a car so as to avoid hindrance to operation efficiency as much as possible.SOLUTION: A sanitation management system inside an elevator car includes: voice intensity measurement means for measuring voice intensity uttered by a user inside a car of an elevator and generating sound pressure dat; risk determination means for classifying generated voice data into a plurality of sound pressure levels for each sound pressure intensity and determining a sanitation risk caused by droplets of the user based on the classified sound pressure levels to generate sanitation risk data; and operation control means for controlling the operation of the elevator based on the sanitation risk data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
