To provide a battery unit, a power storage device, and a vehicle in which the number of parts is reduced and rigidity and strength are further improved.SOLUTION: A battery unit includes a frame having a cylindrical shape with an inner space serving as a cooling passage through which a coolant circulates in one direction, and having a plurality of insertion holes penetrating the inside and outside of the cylindrical shape, and a plurality of battery modules provided corresponding to the insertion holes, and each of the battery modules includes a battery module body provided on the outer peripheral surface of the frame, and a plurality of cooling fins that are integrally provided on the battery module body, are positioned in the cooling passage by being fitted into the insertion hole, and extend in one direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
