To provide a lowering device of a sea surface temperature with a high practicability capable of lowering a sea surface temperature using a deep-sea water.SOLUTION: A lowering device 1 of a sea surface temperature comprises a float member 2 configured to float on the sea, and a tubular member 3 extending from the float member 2 and configured so that its one end can be submerged in the deep water. Moreover, the lowering device 1 of the sea surface temperature comprises a suction device 4 to suck up the deep-sea water through the tubular member 3, and a moving device 5 to move the float member 2 to a deeper, predetermined water depth region than the navigation region of a ship 10 in the sea.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
