To provide a flight management device and a flight management method for suppressing the occurrence of problems caused by weather when a flight device flies.SOLUTION: A flight management device 1 includes: a condition information acquisition unit 122 for acquiring condition information including weather conditions for a flight device to fly, which is associated with a position provided on a flight route or flight range on which the flight device is scheduled to fly; a weather information acquisition unit 123 for acquiring weather information including the weather at the current position where the flight device is positioned or the planned position where the flight device is scheduled to be positioned; a determination unit 124 that determines whether or not the weather fulfills the weather conditions associated with the current position or the planned position in the condition information; and an output unit 126 that outputs information corresponding to the determination result by the determination unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
