To provide a carrier device including a connection mechanism which can achieve large connection strength between an unmanned carrier and a loading platform and inhibit dust emission.SOLUTION: A carrier device 10 includes a connection mechanism 13 for connecting an unmanned carrier 11 to a loading platform 12. The connection mechanism 13 has a first shaft member 31, a second shaft member 32, and a third shaft member 33 provided at the loading platform 12. Further, the connection mechanism 13 has: a guide rail part 73 provided at the unmanned carrier 11; a lock member 74; and an actuator 75 which moves the lock member 74. When the lock member 74 moves from a first position to a second position, the lock member 74 enters a space between the first shaft member 31 and the second shaft member 32. Further, the third shaft member 33 is fitted with a fitting part 100 of the lock member 74.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
