To provide a non-contact charging device and a non-contact charging system capable of appropriately receiving power supplied from power supply facilities.SOLUTION: In a non-contact charging system, a non-contact charging device 10 has an on-vehicle coil 22 capable of receiving power from a power supply coil 32 of a charging lane during traveling, and a charging control unit 70 charging an on-vehicle battery 20 by power supplied from the power supply coil through the on-vehicle coil. The charging control unit makes the on-vehicle coil electromagnet by power of the on-vehicle battery, and determines a start position of non-contact charing in the charging lane based on a current variation of the on-vehicle coil which is made electromagnet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
