To provide a cold recovery system capable of suppressing power consumption of a vessel or a floating body while suppressing condensation of an inboard space in the vessel or the floating body, and the vessel or the floating body including the cold recovery system.SOLUTION: A cold recovery system includes: a first heat exchanger configured to vaporize liquid gas; a liquid gas supply line for supplying the liquid gas from a liquid gas storage device to the first heat exchanger; a cold recovery cycle configured to circulate cold heat medium heat exchanged with the liquid gas in the first heat exchanger; an air conditioning cycle configured to circulate the heat medium for air conditioning heat exchanged with the cold heat medium flowing in the cold recovery cycle; and a dehumidifier configured to dehumidify air taken in from an inboard space of the vessel or the floating body. The dehumidifier includes a condenser configured to cool the air to a temperature below the dew point by carrying out heat exchange between the liquid gas or its evaporation gas and air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
